CSV files containing outcome data for some curricula are available on EDonline here: https://www.edonline.sk.ca/bbcswebdav/library/outcomes/csvFiles. These files use the pipe | character as the delimiter, and the text is not surrounded by quotes. Note that not all curriculum outcome data is available in this format at this time.
