| (a) | Conduct an inquiry into resources (e.g., expenses, time management) to complete the project independently. |
| (b) | Examine textiles suitable for the project (e.g., leather, napped, rayon, silk, fur). |
| (c) | Produce a project plan, including pattern selection, fabric selection, time, budget and skill level. |
| (d) | Demonstrate the use construction details (e.g., gathers, darts, topstitching, variety of seams, embellishments). |
| (e) | Apply advanced sewing techniques (e.g., lining, fasteners, collars and facings) to incorporate in the project. |
