(b)	Describe and demonstrate process of preparing a work station.
(c)	Perform a client consultation and skin analysis including any contraindications, skin type and conditions.
(d)	Discuss the upcoming service with the client.
(e)	Create a comfortable environment when draping client (e.g., covering hair line, warm blankets).
(f)	Research special treatment options for facials.
(g)	Discuss special facial treatments such as lip or eye.
(h)	Perform special facial including cleanse, tone, steam or hot towels, exfoliate, extractions (e.g., manual and using extractor), mask, treatments, massage and moisturize.
(i)	Discuss client expectations and retail recommendations for home care.
