(a) | Review competition in esthetics. |
(b) | Recognize safe and sanitary practices throughout esthetic competition. |
(c) | Apply manicure and specialty manicure terms, techniques, preparation, procedures, use of tools, implements, materials, equipment and safety within time line and/or specific criteria. |
(d) | Apply pedicure and specialty pedicure terms, techniques, preparation, procedures, use of tools, implements, materials, equipment and safety within time line and/or specific criteria. |
(e) | Demonstrate make-up and specialty theme terms, techniques, preparation, procedures, use of tools, implements, materials, equipment and safety within time line and/or specific criteria. |
(f) | Implement use of facial terms, techniques, preparation, procedures, use of tools, implements, materials, equipment and safety within time line and/or specific criteria. |
(g) | Practice varied competition procedures. |
(h) | Perform a scenario esthetic test(s) within a set of regulated guidelines (e.g., safety, procedures, sanitation, use of product, materials, implements, tools, equipment and completed within a timeline). |
(i) | Compare esthetic task(s) to grading criteria. |
(j) | Describe own decision making and problem-solving processes used during competition and reflect on the effectiveness of choices made. |
