Indicators
| (a) | Demonstrate discretion and confidentiality in acquiring and managing client information and practice appropriate protocol to record information during a client consultation and analysis. |
| (b) | Create a list of questions to include on a client intake/consultation form (e.g., current health issues, medications, allergies and sensitivities and services requested). |
| (c) | Compare client intake/consultation forms from various salons. |
| (d) | Perform hand analysis to determine if client has any contraindications to restrict or prevent the gel nail service. |
| (e) | Analyze the shape of hands and describe the various nail shapes of the client’s hand. |
| (f) | Determine, through client consultation, the required service, the time needed and the total cost for a nail enhancement service. |
