(a)	Demonstrate discretion and confidentiality in acquiring and managing client information and practice appropriate protocol to record information during a client consultation and analysis.
(b)	Create a list of questions to include on a client intake/consultation form (e.g., current health issues, medications, allergies and sensitivities and services requested).
(c)	Compare client intake/consultation forms from various salons.
(d)	Perform hand analysis to determine if client has any contraindications to restrict or prevent the gel nail service.
(e)	Analyze the shape of hands and describe the various nail shapes of the client’s hand.
(f)	Determine, through client consultation, the required service, the time needed and the total cost for a nail enhancement service.
