Indicators
(a) Compare artificial nail enhancement products and their application processes (e.g., light-curing systems, air drying systems, polygel (hybrid) systems and dip systems).
(b) Discuss manufacturer's directions and recommendations for various nail enhancement product lines.
(c) Identify, prepare and assemble the products needed to perform a nail enhancement service.
(d) Prepare the workstation for a nail enhancement service.
(e) Perform a pre-service for a nail enhancement service.
(f) Identify the steps of preparing a natural nail plate for application such as remove shine, etch surface, cuticles, shape, buff and cleanse.
