(a)	Engage with local, Saskatchewan and Canadian musicians, including Indigenous musicians, to expand learning opportunities.
(b)	Extend understanding of First Nations and Métis music and cultures through dialogue with local Elders or Knowledge Keepers.
(c)	Broaden musical experience and interests through active participation (e.g., trying different instruments, attending concerts, joining other ensembles).
(d)	Research and describe the benefits of participating in diverse musical and other arts activities (e.g., community ensembles, drum groups, live performances, jams).
(e)	Examine the role and impact of music in own lives (e.g., mental health, peer group relationships, social change) and recognize the value of music as a life-long source of enjoyment and personal fulfilment.
