Explore prevention and treatment of injuries that could be acquired from engaging in outdoor activities, such as:

| (f) | Explain the additional risks of emergency situations that occur in the wilderness, such as lack of proximity to treatment and lack of sterilization. |
| (g) | Compare the items appropriate to include in a personal first aid kit (e.g., band-aids, personal medications and sunscreen) and a group first aid kit (e.g., medical gloves, gauze and bandages). |
