(a)	Discuss ideas for topics, questions or issues pertaining to wildlife species and habitats.
(b)	Gather information from a variety of sources (e.g., student-developed surveys, consultations, research studies, case studies or other statistical methods) on an issue pertaining to wildlife species and habitats.
(c)	Analyze data to make predictions regarding the health of a wildlife population and/or ecosystem.
(d)	Assess the extent to which a wildlife and habitat management issue (e.g., habitat loss, climate change and disease) is evident within a local context.
(e)	Develop a data-based action plan, including a desired future state, goals and strategies, to address a specific wildlife and habitat management issue.
(f)	Describe techniques for monitoring the management plan to ensure goals are achieved.
(g)	Prepare a map (e.g., boundaries, resources in the area, physical features, history of past development, road access and proposed development) to accompany and support the management plan.
(h)	Identify potential consequences and alternative means of achieving management goals.
(i)	Consider the views of different stakeholders (e.g., recreational users, environmentalists, Indigenous people and commercial industries) in the management plan.
(j)	Share the wildlife and habitat management plan through a display, presentation, performance, demonstration, fine art representation, video or research paper.
(k)	Construct a tool (e.g., rubric, checklist, self-evaluation form or peerevaluation form) to assess the process and products involved in a studentdeveloped management plan.
