(a)	Examine the role of police in Saskatchewan communities specific to: ensuring public safety; enforcing the law; investigations; and, building relationships in the community.
(b)	Differentiate between the duties of police officers and peace officers.
(c)	Reflect on the impacts of the ways that personal digital footprint may impact a person before, during and after the application process to become a police officer.
(d)	Research responsibilities associated with each level of policing in Canada, including: federal; provincial; municipal; and, First Nations authorities.
(e)	Identify policing services available locally and in other areas of Saskatchewan.
(f)	Investigate training options (e.g., city police, RCMP Depot, justice studies) to become a police officer in Saskatchewan.
(g)	Research the application process to become a police officer (e.g., city, RCMP, First Nation authority) in Saskatchewan.
(h)	Identify interagency partners (e.g., justice, social services, health) which police services interact and collaborate with in Saskatchewan.
(i)	Compare the mission, vision and core values of the federal, provincial, municipal and First Nations police forces in Saskatchewan.
(j)	Investigate the accountability processes in place (e.g., external service review, internal review) should the actions of police come into question in the public.
