(c) communicates thoughts, ideas, and feelings for specific purposes and audiences through a variety of verbal and visual media;
(d) listens to and reiterates what another speaker has said, though the listener may need passage repeated or explained; and,
(e) sustains conversations for up to 15 minutes.
