                    Analyze the importance of rights and responsibilities in relation to workplace safety.

                  | (a) | 
     Describe and reflect on the three basic rights that all workers have under Part III – Occupational Health and Safety in The Saskatchewan Employment Act, 2019: 
  | 
| (b) | Research employer and worker responsibilities with respect to health and safety standards as required by law in Saskatchewan. | 
| (c) | Discuss steps that can be taken to refuse potentially unsafe work. | 
| (d) | Role-play scenarios to demonstrate how to properly refuse potentially unsafe work. | 
| (e) | 
     Explain the purpose of The Saskatchewan Employment Act, 2019 and associated Regulations, and how they affect safe workplace practices.  | 
| (f) | Investigate how workers can participate in and support health and safety activities in the workplace. (e.g., Occupational Health and Safety Committees, professional development, training and following safety procedures). | 
| (g) | Discuss the importance of reporting workplace incidents, dangerous occurrences, injuries, or illnesses immediately and the proper procedure to do so. |
