| (a) | Research sources of employment/job postings locally, provincially and nationally. |
| (b) | Research how employers accept, review and analyze applicants’ resumes using processes such as online submissions/uploading documents, keyword searching, and automatic tracking systems. |
| (c) | Discuss the process for accurately completing an application form. |
| (d) | Complete sample job application forms for a variety of positions. |
| (e) | Investigate the hidden job market and recommend ways to access it. |
| (f) | Discuss the concept of unconscious bias and how it might impact a job search. |
| (g) | Develop a list of questions that are commonly asked in a job interview and develop responses to them. |
