(a) | Assess levels of balance in the areas of personal, family, community and work life. |

(c) | Examine holistic influences (e.g., mental, spiritual, emotional, physical) on life balance. |
(d) | Implement a plan incorporating a variety of strategies to improve life balance. |
(e) | Explore the connection between choice of career and choice of lifestyle. |
(f) | Experiment with a variety of strategies (e.g., meditation, exercise, music) that may help restore balance. |
(g) | Discuss the importance of establishing personal boundaries and respecting the personal boundaries of others. |
(h) | Identify ways to establish and assert personal boundaries to ensure personal, community and work life balance. |
