(d) Implement a plan incorporating a variety of strategies to improve life balance.
(e) Explore the connection between choice of career and choice of lifestyle.
(f) Experiment with a variety of strategies (e.g., meditation, exercise, music) that may help restore balance.
(g) Discuss the importance of establishing personal boundaries and respecting the personal boundaries of others.
(h) Identify ways to establish and assert personal boundaries to ensure personal, community and work life balance.
(i) Reflect on desired personal lifestyle elements (e.g., career choice, ability to travel, family) and the factors that may help achieve these elements.
