Demonstrate independence in preparing for one or more team member roles in a theatrical production project.
Indicators for this outcome
| (a) | Determine personal interests, experiences and other factors that may affect how one could contribute to a theatrical production project. |
| (b) | Review tasks required of design and production team members (e.g., stage, lighting, sound, set construction, set painting, properties, wardrobe, makeup or box office crew) for a school or community production. |
| (c) | Participate in a simulation activity for production project tasks and create a theatre log in which to record tasks. |
| (d) | Discuss the role of verbal and non-verbal communication during work- related projects and consider ways both communication methods may be interpreted or misinterpreted on the job. |
| (e) | Select or agree to assume production team tasks and demonstrate collaborative and leadership abilities in planning and production of a theatre arts project. |
| (f) | Demonstrate communication skills and organizational abilities in planning for a production project. |
