and interpreted.
Indicators
(a) | Explain the need for reliable information in all production sectors. |
(b) | Determine the reliability of a source of gathered information. |
(c) | Locate, organize and clarify information in a variety of formats (e.g., spreadsheets, concept webs and graphs). |
(d) | Interpret animal health labels (e.g., medications) and crop input product information (e.g., product labels on pharmaceuticals, fertilizers and pesticides). |

Interpret collected information from reliable sources for one of the following areas:

(f) | Identify available government and private sector services in the production of livestock and crops. |
(g) | Explore sources of information on livestock and crop production (e.g., Saskatchewan Ministry of Agriculture and The Western Producer). |
(h) | Read technical information from an information management system (IMS). |
(i) | Analyze livestock and crop production information from various sources (e.g., blogs/vlogs, Saskatchewan Soil Information System [SKSIS] and Community Collaborative Rain, Hail and Snow Network [CoCoRHS]). |
(j) | Explore programs and services that do not align with First Nations policy and cannot be used by First Nations peoples. |
