Outcome
Create a series of images showing the effect of the quality, quantity, and direction of light.
Indicators
(a)

Explore and demonstrate the effect of changing:

  • the direction of light on a subject
  • the quality of light on a subject including diffuse light, natural light, colour, temperature, and types of light sources
  • the quantity of light on a subject.
(b) Manipulate light to change the resulting image through the use of tools such as reflectors, diffusers, coloured gels, and additional light sources.
